Biografia / Biography
Ex atleta di arti marziali e nuotatore, ha dedicato la sua vita allo studio del movimento e del benessere. Con una formazione in massoterapia, terapia shiatsu e naturopatia, ha sempre cercato un approccio integrato alla salute. Ha scoperto il Pilates 24 anni fa e, affascinato dalla sua profondità e dal suo potenziale trasformativo, ha iniziato un percorso di studio con i più grandi insegnanti internazionali del Pilates classico. Dopo diversi anni di formazione e pratica, ha aperto il suo studio di Pilates, che gestisce da 20 anni, e nel 2019 ha fondato il suo centro di formazione “Trinity Pilates” a Milano, sotto la guida del suo maestro Jerome Weinberg. Oggi insegnate di Pilates classico con un approccio che integra tecnica, filosofia e spiritualità, trasmettendo il metodo nella sua essenza più autentica.
A former martial arts athlete and swimmer, he dedicated his life to the study of movement and well-being. With a background in massage therapy, shiatsu therapy, and naturopathy, he has always sought an integrated approach to health. He discovered Pilates 24 years ago and, fascinated by its depth and transformative potential, he began studying with some of the world’s greatest teachers of classical Pilates. After years of training and practice, he opened his own Pilates studio, which he has been running for 20 years, and in 2019, he founded his training center, “Trinity Pilates,” in Milan, under the guidance of his mentor, Jerome Weinberg. Today, he teaches classical Pilates with an approach that integrates technique, philosophy, and spirituality, sharing the method in its most authentic essence.

Conferma Workshop:
Lo studio Cristina Pilates ed Emanuele Specchio, si riservano di confermare la data programmata per il workshop entro (e non oltre) il giorno 10 settembre 2025.
Qualora il numero di iscrizioni risultasse inadeguato a confermare la programmazione dell’evento, il workshop sarà annullato e tutte le quote di iscrizione ricevute verranno restituite integralmente, senza alcuna penale o franchigia.
Annullamento iscrizione e rimborso:
Per chi avesse la necessità di annullare l’iscrizione potrà richiedere l’annullamento della prenotazione e il relativo rimborso della quota di iscrizione corrisposta secondo le seguenti modalità:
• entro e non oltre il 31 luglio 2025 la quota di iscrizione verrà rimborsata integralmente;
• entro e non oltre il 9 settembre 2025 la quota di iscrizione verrà rimborsata per la metà.

Workshop confirmation:
Cristina Pilates Studio and Emanuele Specchio reserve the right to confirm the scheduled date for the workshop by (and no later than) September 10, 2025.
Should the number of registrations be insufficient to confirm the event, the workshop will be canceled and all registration fees received will be fully refunded, with no penalties or deductions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Those who need to cancel their registration may request the cancellation of their booking and the corresponding refund of the registration fee under the following conditions:
• by (and no later than) July 31, 2025: the registration fee will be fully refunded;
• by (and no later than) September 9, 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
